We are supporting the school in recruiting a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher (French & Spanish) to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from January.

Your tasks
As an MFL Teacher, you will
- Deliver engaging and inspiring French and Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan, prepare and assess student work to support progress and attainment
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Develop students' confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing in both languages
- Encourage an appreciation of different cultures and global perspectives
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and MFL department
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate The school would ideally like to appoint a teacher who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). However, they are also keen to hear from candidates who may not hold QTS but have significant UK secondary MFL teaching experience and a strong track record of delivering high-quality lessons and positive student outcomes.
You will have
- Experience teaching French and Spanish within UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A passion for languages and education
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to motivate, challenge and inspire students of all abilities
