Mechanical Plumbers
Your tasks
We're recruiting experienced Static and Mobile Mechanical / Commercial Plumbers to work across a prestigious portfolio of commercial buildings, energy centres, district heating networks, heritage sites, and high-profile estates throughout London and the surrounding areas.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
- Fault finding and repair of hot and cold-water systems
- Maintenance of pumps, valves, pipework and sanitary systems
- Servicing and maintaining expansion vessels and pressurisation units
- Working within commercial plant rooms and energy centres
- Maintenance of district heating and communal heating systems
- Working on LTHW systems, booster sets, calorifiers and plate heat exchangers
- Mechanical installations and remedial works
- Completing compliance paperwork and maintenance reports
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
Monday to Friday | Permanent Are you a qualified Mechanical Plumber looking for your next opportunity with a leading Building Services and Facilities Management provider?
We're Looking For
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Experience working within commercial maintenance or building services
- Experience with plant rooms, energy centres, or district heating networks
- Knowledge of expansion vessels, pressurisation units, pumps and valves
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
