We're looking for a Marketing & Proposals Coordinator to join a busy and collaborative team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied role that combines creative design, proposal production, brand management, and marketing support, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in supporting business development and marketing activity across the UK and Ireland by:

• Creating visually engaging, brand-compliant proposals and presentations using PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign
• Supporting the production of digital and printed marketing materials, including brochures, banners, adverts, insights, and event collateral
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to develop compelling presentations and proposal content
• Collaborating with graphic design and marketing teams to bring campaigns and business opportunities to life
• Managing and maintaining branded templates and assets to ensure consistency across all communications
• Supporting proposal submissions for new business opportunities
• Using AI and productivity tools, including Copilot, to enhance content creation and efficiency
• Assisting with wider marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events as required

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is highly organised, creative, and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Essential skills and experience:

• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Experience using Adobe InDesign
• Excellent written English with strong attention to grammar, spelling, and detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a busy environment
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Experience supporting bids, proposals, pitches, or business development activity
• Background within professional services or a corporate environment
• Experience working within strict brand guidelines
