What You'll Be Doing
- Processing client and office account transactions
- Managing daily banking, receipts and payments
- Processing CHAPS, BACS and online payments
- Maintaining accurate client and office ledgers
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Handling client account transfers and completion statements
- Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Supporting fee earners with account queries
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Assisting with month-end finance duties
- Helping maintain accurate financial records and audit trails
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Legal Cashier
- Good knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using legal accounts software
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
- A proactive and organised approach to work
