Junior Client Service Administrator Salary: £23,000 to £26,000 per annum, dependant on experience. Location: Newbury, Berkshire Job Type: Full-time, office-based with potential for hybrid arrangements following successful completion of probation Our client is seeking a Junior Client Service Administrator to support their Partner/Adviser team in delivering a smooth and efficient client servicing process while providing an exceptional client experience. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate client records, ensuring the timely completion of client servicing activities, and supporting advisers in meeting client needs and regulatory requirements. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional, responsive, and friendly service. Support client communications, preparing and issuing emails and other correspondence. Manage actions arising from client meetings, ensuring all follow-up activities are completed efficiently. Handle incoming calls, manage client queries, and escalate matters where appropriate. Assist with client meeting preparations, including drafting Financial Review documents and updating client meeting packs. Maintain and update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate records of client interactions. Conduct research and liaise with external partners to support advisers and progress client cases. Complete compliance checks and ensure all client documentation adheres to regulatory standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Previous experience in an administrative, client service, or customer support role is desirable. Knowledge of financial services, wealth management, or professional services would be advantageous. Familiarity with CRM systems and an understanding of FCA-regulated environments would be beneficial. Benefits 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing after one year's service.
