Human Resource and Administration Officer

Location: Chiswick, London Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource and Administration Officer to support our business by ensuring the effective and timely completion of HR-related tasks. This role involves handling queries and requests from staff, maintaining HR systems, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Maintain and update the HR Intranet and company policies as necessary.
  • Assist with the recruitment process including conducting interviews, preparing interview timetables, and processing employment contracts.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new joiners including welcome letters and organising training.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and HR systems data.
  • Compile reports for various departments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct right to work checks and manage staff ID card applications.
  • Assist with payroll processing and manage administrative tasks for the HR department.
  • Support the organisation of company events and manage awards programs.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide support to the HR team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Beneficial: Degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR management systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
