We're recruiting for a Horticultural Technician to join a growing, people-focused organisation responsible for maintaining stunning interior and exterior planting displays across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout West London. This is a field-based position offering variety, independence, and the opportunity to work with a wide range of plant environments while delivering exceptional service to clients. The Role You'll be responsible for maintaining high-quality plant displays at multiple customer locations, ensuring they remain healthy, attractive, and professionally presented. Key responsibilities include: Watering, pruning, feeding, and maintaining plant displays Monitoring plant health and resolving issues proactively Providing excellent customer service at client sites Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records Managing daily routes and schedules efficiently Working safely and in line with company procedures Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues What We're Looking For Passion for horticulture, plants, gardening, or landscaping Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and use initiative Positive, proactive approach to problem solving Comfortable working in a physically active role Reliable and well organised Full UK Driving Licence essential Comfortable with early starts when required What's In It For You?
