Health and Social Care Lecturer

Health and Social Care Programme Deliverer Hourly Rate: £35 - £40 Location: East Sussex Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (until October half term) We are seeking a dedicated Programme Deliverer to lead on Health and Social Care (H&SC) Programmes across standard vocational pathways and Level 1 & 2 programmes, including ESOL and Pathways. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and healthcare, ready to make a significant impact in a short-term, intensive role. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging and informative sessions on Health and Social Care Programmes, focusing on standard vocational pathways and Level 1 & 2 programmes. Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure all students can access the curriculum effectively. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and additional support where necessary. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to engage actively and respect diverse perspectives. Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources ahead of each session. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in delivering educational programmes, particularly in Health and Social Care. Strong understanding of the curriculum and requirements for Level 1 & 2 programmes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students. Organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet educational goals. Flexibility to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of diverse student groups.
