The Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Fire Risk Assessor (Level 3 +) to join our growing team. This role will involve travelling to client sites throughout England, Scotland, and Ireland to conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments, prepare detailed reports, and provide practical fire safety recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fire risk assessments across a variety of commercial and industrial premises.
• Produce detailed and accurate fire risk assessment reports.
• Identify fire hazards and recommend practical solutions to mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with current fire safety legislation and regulations.
• Provide professional fire safety advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Manage workload effectively and meet reporting deadlines.
• Travel extensively throughout the UK and Ireland to carry out on-site assessments.
• Complete administrative and reporting tasks accurately and efficiently.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor qualification ./ NEBOSH fire
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and health & safety practices.
• Experience conducting fire risk assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Willingness to travel regularly nationwide, including Scotland and Ireland.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor qualification.
• Experience within a similar fire safety or compliance role.
• Knowledge of CAD software.
• Healthcare setting experience
• Understanding of fire strategy documents.
• Experience writing policies and procedures.
• Additional fire safety or health & safety qualifications.
