What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging and innovative Fashion Business lessons to Level 2 and Level 3 learners
- Teaching a blend of practical and theory-based content
- Acting as a Personal Tutor, supporting learner development and progression
- Assessing student work and providing high-quality formative and summative feedback
- Monitoring learner progress and maintaining accurate records
- Promoting excellent attendance, engagement and achievement
- Managing the classroom environment effectively to create a positive learning experience
- Completing associated administrative duties and maintaining learner documentation
What We're Looking For
- A Level 4 qualification or above in Fashion Business or a related discipline
- Experience teaching, training or assessing within Further Education or a similar setting
- Knowledge of UAL qualifications and assessment practices
- Strong industry knowledge and a passion for the fashion sector
- Excellent communication, organisational and classroom management skills
- A teaching qualification such as a PGCE would be advantageous but is not essential
- enhanced DBS on the update service
