Family Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a highly regarded, Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm in Reading. This role offers exposure to high-quality, privately funded work within a well-established and supportive team .

This position is ideal for a driven and client-focused solicitor looking to handle complex family matters while benefiting from clear progression and strong internal support .

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters , including:

• Divorce and financial remedy cases , including high-value and complex matters
• Private children disputes
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Cohabitation and separation agreements
• Advising clients on sensitive and often high-net-worth cases

You will work within a collaborative team environment , supported by a strong pipeline of work and established client base .

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years PQE
• Strong experience in family law , ideally with privately funded matters
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
• Ambition to progress within a high-performing and reputable team
