Family Paralegal ( Part time/ School Hours)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm on a part-time basis (4 days per week) . This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and busy family law team, with strong long-term progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting solicitors with a varied caseload of family law matters , including divorce, financial remedy, and children proceedings
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional and empathetic manner
• Supporting fee earners with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of cases

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Family Paralegal or within a family law department
• Strong understanding of family law procedures and documentation
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach
