Are you an experienced Factory Manager looking for an opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturing business where you can make a real impact?

We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing food manufacturer that supplies a range of high-quality products to customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, the business is looking to appoint a Factory Manager to lead its production operation and drive standards across the site.

The Role

As Factory Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the manufacturing operation, ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing production teams across the site.
• Driving productivity, efficiency and labour performance.
• Ensuring food safety, quality and customer standards are maintained at all times.
• Managing operational KPIs and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
• Working closely with Technical, Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
• Promoting a positive culture focused on accountability, engagement and high performance.
• Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety requirements.
• Supporting site improvement projects and future business growth plans.

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a Factory Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership position.
• A proven background within food manufacturing.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience improving operational performance and driving efficiencies.
• Good understanding of food safety and quality standards.
• A hands-on management style with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
