Executive Assistant Annual Salary: Circa £50,000 Location: Redhill Job Type: Full-time office based We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join a dynamic start-up within the Financial Services sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take on a pivotal role in supporting senior management. Day-to-day of the role: Provide comprehensive support to two senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Arrange and coordinate meetings and events. Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings. Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications. Liaise with internal staff at all levels. Interact with external clients and stakeholders. Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload. Experience of arranging international travel High level verbal and written communications skills. Discretion and confidentiality.
