Reed is recruiting for an Event Administrator to join a well-established organisation within the Finance sector based on-site in Northampton. What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate event schedules, venue arrangements, and attendee communications to ensure events are delivered efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest lists, budgets, and supplier information using internal systems and administrative tools.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and clients to support the smooth organisation of meetings, conferences, and networking events.
  • Prepare event materials, presentations, and documentation while ensuring branding and professional standards are consistently maintained.
  • Provide on-site administrative support during events, assisting with logistics, registration processes, and resolving queries in a timely manner.
