Your tasks
Help Shape Futures We are seeking an Employment Advisor to support individuals into employment, training and education opportunities. This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with customers, providing tailored guidance and support that delivers life-changing outcomes.
- Delivering one-to-one employability advice and guidance
- Running workshops, inductions and group sessions
- Supporting customers with CVs, applications and job searches
- Creating personalised action plans
- Building relationships with employers and referral partners
- Monitoring customer progress and maintaining accurate records
- Providing ongoing support throughout the customer journey
Requirements
- Experience in employability, or a similar environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to motivate and support others
- Strong administration and IT skills
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs
- A positive, resilient and customer-focused approach
