Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of practical and theoretical lessons on various topics within the electrical installation curriculum, ensuring students are well-prepared for their careers.
• Prepare and set up necessary equipment and materials for classes and practical sessions.
• Support the lead lecturer in developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to effectively teach and evaluate students.
• Help assess and grade students' practical work, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, tools, and student performance to monitor and report on student achievements.
• Adapt support methods to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to students, helping them to enhance their practical skills and understanding of electrical installation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience working as an electrical technician or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and installations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of supporting and inspiring students.
• Ability to manage and maintain classroom and workshop equipment effectively, ensuring a productive learning environment.
• Flexibility to work full-time and adapt to the scheduling needs of the institution.
