Overview

We are recruiting for reliable and customer-focused White Glove Delivery Operatives to provide a premium delivery and installation service for high-value products. This role involves delivering goods directly into customers' homes or businesses, assembling products where required, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value products safely and professionally.
• Unpack, assemble, position, and install products at customer premises.
• Remove packaging and leave the delivery area clean and tidy.
• Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting as part of a two-person team.
• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain proof of delivery.
• Provide a first-class customer experience and act as an ambassador for the business.
• Report any delivery issues, damages, or customer concerns promptly.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous delivery, installation, removals, or white glove experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good level of physical fitness.
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekends.
• Full UK Driving Licence (if driver position).
• Reliable, professional, and well-presented.
