The successful candidate will become part of a supportive and collaborative Performing Arts department, inspiring students through creative and engaging Drama lessons.

The Role

As a Drama Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Foster creativity, confidence, and a passion for the performing arts.
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support extracurricular activities, productions, and performances where appropriate.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and participation.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Drama within a secondary school setting.
• Be passionate about delivering excellent teaching and learning experiences.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Be committed to helping all students achieve their full potential.
