National Multi-Site Role | Buckinghamshire Area Permanent | Full-Time | £46,579 - £48,738 per annum

Are you an experienced estates, facilities, or site management professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Deputy Estates Business Partner to oversee estates operations across several educational sites within the Buckinghamshire area, including Bourne End, Denham Green and Chalfont St Peter.

The Role

Working closely with the Estates Business Partner, you will support the management and strategic development of multiple sites, ensuring all estates-related operations are delivered to the highest standards.

You will lead on compliance, health and safety, maintenance planning, contractor management, and the supervision of site teams while contributing to long-term estate improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of estates strategies and premises development plans.
  • Ensure all sites remain fully compliant with current legislation and health & safety requirements.
  • Lead and support site teams in maintaining safe, secure, and effective environments.
  • Manage and monitor external contractors and capital projects.
  • Oversee site security, maintenance programmes, and environmental improvements.
  • Identify and manage estate-related risks and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure facilities and learning environments remain well-maintained and operational.

Candidate Requirements

  • Facilities Management qualification (Level 4 or above).
  • NEBOSH Health & Safety Certificate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience managing estates, facilities, or property services across multiple locations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of health & safety and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and respond effectively to unexpected challenges.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred due to the multi-site nature of the role.
