About the company

Our Pershore-based client is seeking a enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their vibrant team during the seasonal peak. The role is to support the customer service team and also be flexible to help in the warehouse.

Your tasks

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling customer queries via phone and live chat
• Providing quotes and placing orders
• Managing client accounts and order specifications
• Processing orders for the warehouse
• Assisting with the warehouse with packing and dispatching orders
• Checking dispatch status and advising on products

Requirements

Must be a driver due to location Do you have customer service skills, and want a fun, fast-paced temp job to see you through to the end of the year?

What we offer

*Pay: £12.71 per hour + holiday pay Hours:** Monday to Friday, approx. 9am–5:30pm (overtime available in busy periods)
