Our Pershore-based client is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join their vibrant team during the seasonal peak. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and energetic environment.

Your tasks

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling customer queries via phone and live chat
• Providing quotes and placing orders
• Managing client accounts and order specifications
• Checking dispatch status and advising on products

Requirements

Must be a driver due to location Are you a recent graduate looking for a short-term role to build experience?

Or do you have customer service skills and want a fun, fast-paced temp job to see you through to the end of the year?

What we offer

*Pay: £12.71 per hour + holiday pay Hours:** Monday to Friday, approx. 9am–5:30pm (overtime available in busy periods)
