Interim Curriculum Manager - Counselling
London (Multi-Site) £300-£350 per day Initial 3-Month
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Curriculum Manager - Counselling to join a leading Further Education provider in London on an initial 3-month cover assignment.
We are seeking a dynamic curriculum leader with a strong track record of managing curriculum provision, driving quality improvement and leading teaching teams. The successful candidate will oversee Counselling and Mental Health programmes across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality provision and positive learner outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Full teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, DET, QTLS or equivalent)
- Experience operating at Curriculum Manager level or above
- Experience leading and managing teaching staff
- Strong understanding of SARs, QIPs, lesson observations and quality assurance processes
- Experience improving recruitment, retention and achievement rates
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within Counselling, Mental Health or related curriculum areas
- Teach up to 15 hours.
