CQC Registered Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Registered Manager in their Domiciliary Care service based in Coventry. This pivotal role is suited for a committed professional who is passionate about providing exceptional care to individuals in their own homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a culture of high-quality care.

Salary: £38k - £42k Location: Coventry

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee the delivery of personalised care to clients, ensuring all care plans are tailored to meet individual needs.
• Lead and manage a team of care professionals, facilitating training and development to uphold high standards of care and service.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and organisational policies.
• Conduct regular assessments and reviews to evaluate the quality of care provided.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Address any safeguarding issues with the utmost sensitivity and professionalism.

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrable experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
