Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (3-5 Years PQE)

Location: Coventry / Leamington Spa Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum + bonus + benefits

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE to join its growing Property team in either Coventry or Leamington Spa .

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancing solicitor looking to manage a high-quality caseload whilst benefiting from strong administrative support, excellent career progression, and a collaborative working environment.

The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Help to Buy transactions
• First registration applications
• Residential property portfolio work

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• Proven ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively within a busy and supportive team environment
• Strong organisational and case management skills
