(5+ PQE) | Manchester | Hybrid Working

An established Manchester law firm is seeking a Construction Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing Construction team.

The role involves advising developers, contractors, investors and commercial clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters. You will work on construction contracts, development projects, procurement issues, risk management and dispute resolution matters, including adjudication where required.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Construction Law.
• Experience in contentious and/or non-contentious construction matters.
• Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
