Customer Service Advisor Morley, Leeds (LS27) £13.33+ per hour Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Immediate Start Available

Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a busy and growing business in Morley that is seeking a confident and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service while supporting the wider team with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Managing a high volume of calls, typically between 30 and 100 calls per day
• Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries
• General administrative support
• Sorting and directing incoming post
• Updating internal systems and maintaining records

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within a busy office environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident managing a high volume of customer interactions
• Good IT skills and attention to detail
• Someone looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential of a permanent position
