CNC Setter / Operator - Permanent Position

Four Marks / Alton, Hampshire £29.000 per annum/ pay rise after passed probation Monday - Thursday | 07:00 - 17:00 Permanent Role Overtime Available An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CNC Setter / Operator to join a successful and growing manufacturing company based in the Four Marks/Alton area. The Role You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery, predominantly lathes, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards. Key duties include: Setting and operating CNC machines Reading and interpreting technical drawings Inspecting completed work De-burring and linishing components Wire brushing finished products Manual turning and milling Goods-in duties, including some heavy lifting Maintaining a clean and safe working environment The Ideal Candidate Previous CNC setting and operating experience Good attention to detail and quality awareness Reliable with a strong work ethic Keen interest in engineering and manufacturing Ability to work independently and as part of a small team TIG welding experience advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided Benefits Competitive pay with review after probation Overtime available during busy periods Company pension scheme PPE provided 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Long-term career opportunity with a well-established employer Interested?
