Your tasks

We are now looking for a Client Engagement Assistant to play a key role in delivering this refreshed, efficient, and client-centric approach.

What you’ll do

• Be a warm, proactive point of contact throughout the client journey
• Support the delivery of personalised financial plans and outstanding service
• Work seamlessly alongside Financial Planners empowered by modern, efficient systems
• Contribute to a business focused on growth, innovation, and meaningful impact

Requirements

What you’ll bring

• Experience of working in a Client Management role, ideally within financial services but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and a high-volume workload
• A passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes
