Cleaner - Long Term Role
Enfield Area £13.00 per hour Monday to Friday | 08:45am - 5:00pm Long-Term Position
We are looking for an experienced Cleaner to join a busy and well-established property services company based in the Enfield area.
This role involves cleaning and maintaining a portfolio of apartments, permanent residences, and communal areas , ensuring all properties are presented to the highest standard. Candidates with a background in hotel housekeeping or high-standard residential cleaning will be particularly well suited to this position.
Key Duties:
- Cleaning apartments and residential properties
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising all areas
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and communal spaces
- Preparing properties to a high presentation standard
- Reporting any maintenance issues identified on site
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is essential
- Hotel-style housekeeping experience highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
