Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire Job Type: Full-Time, Days Salary: From £12.75 per hour Sleep-In Rate: £50 per sleep-in shift
About the Role
We are looking for caring, enthusiastic, and committed Residential Support Workers to join our client's Children's Residential Home near Mansfield.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
- Support daily routines, education, appointments, and activities.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Build trusting relationships with young people.
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.
- Ensure the home remains a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations.
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
