Children's Team Manager- Frontline

Our Client, a Greater Manchester council is seeking a Team Manager to join their Frontline Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

• Providing strong leadership and management to a team of Social Workers, Advanced Practitioners and Support Staff.
• Ensuring robust management oversight and effective risk management.
• Leading on complex safeguarding decisions and statutory interventions.
• Driving high-quality assessments, plans and interventions that improve outcomes for children and families.
• Chairing strategy discussions, professional meetings and departmental panels as required.
• Overseeing Child Protection, Child in Need and Children Looked After work.
• Supporting social workers through reflective supervision and professional development.
• Promoting excellent partnership working across multi-agency networks.
• Monitoring performance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Contributing to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements of this role:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
