About the company
REED FE are seeking an experienced Childcare Lecturer to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent role. This position involves teaching Levels 1-3 to both adult and young learners.
Your tasks
Day-to-day of the role
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions for Levels 1-3 childcare courses.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that meet the curriculum requirements.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through both formal and informal assessments.
- Provide support and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Travel between multiple sites to deliver sessions as required.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must hold an IQA qualification.
- Proven experience as a Childcare Lecturer teaching Levels 1-3.
- Ability to engage and inspire students of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel and teach at different locations.
