Buying Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Order Processor to join a busy and growing procurement team supporting reactive maintenance works within a infrastructure environment. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate placement of purchase orders for materials and plant, ensuring operational teams have the resources they need to deliver maintenance works efficiently. You will raise and process purchase orders in response to site requisitions and source materials to meet programme cost requirements, obtain comparison quotes as required and resolve order discrepancies, invoice and delivery queries. Previous experience within this type of role is essential as it your attention to detail. You will need to have a sense of urgency about you whilst remining calm and professional at all times.
