Your tasks

• Supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
• Promoting positive behaviour strategies.
• Helping students regulate emotions and manage challenges.
• Building trusting and meaningful relationships.
• Encouraging engagement, attendance, and participation.

Requirements

This role is ideal for someone who understands that behaviour is often a form of communication and who is committed to helping young people overcome barriers to learning.
