B2 Commercial & Housing Operations Manager
Your tasks
We are seeking a B2B Commercial & Housing Operations Manager to lead the effective management of our office teams, supporting both the Private B2B Department Housing / Housing Association Department. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards in workload control, customer communication, and performance management across both sectors.
Day-to-Day of the Role
- Office Team Leadership and Management: Directly manage B2B Account Managers, Customer Service and Operations Coordinators, ensuring daily and weekly priorities are met across departments.
- Operational Control: Oversee the coordination of reactive repairs, servicing, and project management, ensuring all processes from instruction to completion are efficiently managed.
- Resident & Client Service: Maintain professional communication and manage service expectations and recoveries effectively.
- Commercial Accounts & Growth: Handle B2B enquiries, manage quotations, and nurture client relationships to ensure sustainable growth.
- Data, KPI & Commercial Control: Utilize tools like Excel for monitoring SLAs, productivity, and financial metrics to guide business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management within B2B and housing sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple office teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and system reporting tools.
- Ability to handle high job volumes and manage competing priorities effectively.
What we offer
- Competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
- Permanent, full-time contract with flexibility required to support operational needs.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Participation in call-out rota, including evenings and weekends on rotation.
