An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engine Trend Analysis Manager to join a highly respected aviation engineering organisation delivering specialist engine health monitoring services to a global customer base. This position offers the chance to play a key role in identifying potential engine issues before they become operational concerns, providing critical technical insight and support to operators worldwide.

The Role

As Engine Trend Analysis Manager, you will oversee the delivery of a specialised engine trend monitoring service, ensuring engine performance data is processed, analysed and reported accurately and efficiently. You'll lead a small team, provide technical guidance, and help maintain the highest standards of customer support and operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the engine trend monitoring service
• Overseeing engine data processing, analysis and evaluation activities
• Ensuring customer reports and technical support are delivered within agreed timescales
• Leading and supporting team members to maintain quality and service standards
• Participating in a duty management rota, providing remote out-of-hours support on a 24/7 basis for one week in four

About You

We're keen to hear from candidates with substantial aircraft gas turbine engineering experience and a strong analytical mindset.

Ideally, you will have:

• An Aeronautical Engineering degree, aircraft engineering licence, or equivalent industry experience
• Previous experience in a position of significant responsibility, ideally for two years or more
• Knowledge of engine trend monitoring, diagnostics or engine health management
• Experience with aircraft gas turbine engines, with exposure to major OEM manufacturers considered advantageous
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• The flexibility to support a 24/7 operational service through a rota-based on-call system
