An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the UK team of a rapidly expanding international automotive organisation as an Aftersales Performance Specialist .

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Aftersales Director, driving performance across the UK retailer network through data analysis, reporting, operational insight and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Aftersales Director, you will be responsible for monitoring aftersales performance across the retailer network, producing management reports, coordinating business reviews and helping identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, service performance, warranty operations and parts sales.

Working closely with regional teams, HQ departments and retailer partners, you will provide the analytical insights and operational support needed to ensure the aftersales function continues to grow and perform at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Aftersales Director in reviewing regional and departmental performance reports.
• Monitor key aftersales KPIs including customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue and parts sales.
• Produce analytical summaries identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collect, validate and manage operational data from regional and HQ teams.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and timely reporting.
• Organise and coordinate aftersales management meetings, reviews and workshops.
• Produce meeting minutes, action logs and follow-up reports.
• Track action completion and provide progress updates to leadership teams.
• Prepare presentations, briefing packs and business review materials.
• Coordinate communication between HQ, regional managers and cross-functional departments.
• Support the production of performance reviews and internal reporting documents.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements.
• Support the implementation of reporting systems, tools and process enhancements.

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience in aftersales operations, performance analysis, business administration or automotive operations.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Confident working with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience within automotive OEM, importer, distributor or dealer network environments is highly desirable.
• Mandarin language skills would be advantageous.
