I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional organisation for a Membership Support Administrator to join their busy team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who enjoys speaking with people, managing records, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Speaking with customers and members over the phone and via email
• Updating and maintaining accurate records and databases
• Processing information and supporting administrative activities
• Handling enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Working closely with finance and operational teams
• Managing spreadsheets and ensuring data accuracy
• Supporting ongoing projects and business objectives

About You

• Previous administration, customer service, account support, collections, or office-based experience
• Experience in a membership organisation or professional body
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Experience using CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Able to work independently and manage your workload effectively
• Positive, proactive, and reliable approach
