Employability Coordinator Rochdale £24,324 - £30,116 Full Time (35hrs per week) Reed Further Education are working with a community-focused organisation to recruit an experienced Employability Coordinator on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about transforming lives through education, skills development and employability support. The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of learners, from young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) through to adults facing significant barriers to work. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging employability programmes tailored to individual learner needs. Support learners to develop confidence, employability skills and progression pathways. Deliver workshops covering topics such as CV writing, interview preparation, career planning and personal development. Develop creative learning activities for learners with varying backgrounds, abilities and support needs. Build positive relationships with learners, employers and external stakeholders. Support learners into education, training, volunteering or employment opportunities. Requirements Experience delivering employability, skills, training, careers or community-based programmes. Ability to engage learners from a wide range of backgrounds and age groups. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Relevant teaching, training or employability qualifications are desirable but practical experience is considered more important.
