Security Guard

Responsibilities:

Guard and patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Monitor entry and exit points, verifying the identity of visitors and staff.

Conduct regular security patrols and inspect buildings, gates, and surrounding areas.

Respond promptly to emergencies, security breaches, alarms, and incidents.

Prepare accurate daily occurrence and incident reports.

Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems where applicable.

Enforce company security policies and procedures.

Assist visitors by providing directions and maintaining order on the premises.

Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to management.

Work collaboratively with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.

Requirements:

No qualification required

Previous experience as a security guard is an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.

Honest, disciplined, and dependable.

Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

Must reside in Onike, Yaba, or nearby areas for easy access to the workplace.

Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
