Daily tasks

• Agreeing functional and non-functional system requirements with the Client.
• Translating functional and non-functional requirements into IT system functions. Building requirement realization scenarios.
• Developing user interface requirements and applying them during screen prototyping.
• Transforming business content contained in business rules into detailed guidelines, algorithms, and system expressions.
• Developing and verifying business test scenarios.
• Creating a complete domain model along with definitions for individual entities (glossary creation).
• Identifying constraints of the technologies used to implement the system.
• Managing project complexity in terms of analysis (decomposition, packaging, modularization, requirement attribute management, managing dependencies between requirements).
• Participating in estimating and pricing changes to systems reported by clients.

Requirements

— Minimum 3 years of experience in conducting analytical work (business and system analysis) in software development projects. — Higher education in a relevant field (computer science, mathematics, or other technical field). — Ability to translate business needs into: clear requirements, logical models, and a backlog ready for implementation. — Knowledge of BPMN and UML notation. — Good knowledge of process design tools. — Ability to create functional and system documentation. — English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
