MEP Project Manager

Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated MEP Project Manager to lead and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will drive project success by managing resources, schedules, budgets, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards within the construction industry. Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all MEP activities across multiple construction projects in Abu Dhabi. - Plan, organize, and supervise project execution to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. - Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. - Oversee procurement and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency. - Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and safety procedures. - Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum 15 years' MEP construction experience with the most recent years being in the UAE. - Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in the UAE. - Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and relevant codes and standards. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in project management software and tools. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. - Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards relevant to Abu Dhabi construction projects.
