Fit Out Project Manager

Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Fit Out Project Manager to lead and oversee luxury and high end interior fit-out projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and on schedule, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities: - Plan and manage all stages of fit-out projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. - Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly to meet deadlines. - Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. - Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Manage project documentation including contracts, drawings, and change orders. - Lead and mentor project team members to achieve high performance and professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience as a Fit Out Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia. - Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and best practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. - Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office suite. - Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
