Your tasks

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our client's dynamic construction team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all onsite construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to luxury developments in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise daily construction operations on site to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution. - Monitor materials, equipment, and labour usage to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. - Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. - Prepare progress reports and document site activities for project stakeholders. - Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to challenges encountered during construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Proven experience as a Site Engineer within the construction industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. - MUST be a Saudi national - Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
