Senior Electrical or Mechanical Engineer - Facility Management

Redex S.A. is seeking to hire an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to fill the Project Manager position within the Facility Management department. Subject of Work: Costing of electrical works Pre-measurements and measurements of installation materials Market research for materials/supplies Communication with suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, designers Determination of all technical specifications and requirements of the works Drafting of economic-technical offers Preparation of supplier and subcontractor contracts Preparation of documents and files for the certification - closing of the works Management of maintenance teams Management of construction teams to achieve the desired schedule Preparation of technical reports for all stages of the works and updating the relevant departments on the progress of the works Required Qualifications: Graduate of University or TEI (Electrical or Mechanical Engineers) Excellent knowledge of the English language Excellent knowledge of MS Office At least 5 years of experience in a similar position Good knowledge of AutoCad Knowledge of legislation and studies for electrical installations Ability to work in a demanding environment Team spirit of cooperation Attention to detail Benefits:
