We are looking for a Senior Transformer Design Engineer to strengthen our team in the electrical sector. We are looking for professionals with technical experience, analytical capacity, and specialized knowledge in power transformers.

🎯 What are we looking for?

Professional in Electrical Engineering, Electric, Electromechanical, or related careers, with experience in:

• Design, analysis, and specification of electrical transformers.
• Transformers with voltages between 34.5 kV and 69 kV.
• Transformers >2.5 MVA, ideally between 5 and 15 MVA.
• Preparation of technical offers, budgets, and quotes for projects in the electrical sector.
• Analysis of technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Interpretation of FAT results and technical documentation.
• Thermal analysis and cooling criteria.
• Use of electromagnetic calculation and finite element software.
• Advanced Excel.
• Interpretation and application of international technical standards, especially IEC 60076 and C57.12.00.
• Intermediate English, mainly for reading and interpreting technical documentation.

🛠️ Main functions

• Prepare technical offers and economic proposals for electrical transformers.
• Analyze technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
• Perform budgets and quotes for projects.
• Technically evaluate project requirements.
• Interpret technical specifications and FAT test results.
• Support the analysis and calculation of transformer designs.
• Verify compliance with applicable technical standards and specifications.

💼 What do we offer?

• 💰 Salary: To be agreed upon according to experience and profile + all legal benefits.
• 📄 Contract: Obra labor with the possibility of direct transition to the company.
• 🕐 Schedule: Monday to Friday, in one of the following schedules:
• 7:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m.
• 6:00 a. m. to 3:00 p. m.
• 📍 Work location: Parque Industrial San Antonio – Funza.
