Showroom Manager

Red Store company is looking for a Showroom Manager

Organize and coordinate the daily work of the team,

Supervise the team's work,

Perform active sales,

Present new, substitute, and equivalent products to customers,

Check product names, assortment, prices, and ensure the availability of required quantities,

Prepare reports and present them to management,

Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Higher education in management or related fields (mandatory)

Managerial experience in the service sector (at least 3 years)

Experience managing a team of at least 10 employees

Organizational and communication skills

Sense of responsibility and initiative

Stress resistance

Knowledge of digital technology (specifically smartphones and notebooks) will be considered an advantage

Knowledge of English and Russian languages

Work location: Kentron community

Work schedule: six-day

Working hours: 10:00-18:00 / 12:00-21:00

A high salary is guaranteed, which will be discussed during the interview
