HSE Manager

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards in accordance with applicable local and international requirements.

Supervise the implementation of safety systems across marine worksites, shipyards, workshops, and construction areas .

Conduct risk assessments and develop effective prevention, emergency response, and contingency plans.

Lead HSE training, awareness, and safety programs for all employees and site personnel.

Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) .

Coordinate with relevant regulatory authorities and ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental requirements .

Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with company and project HSE standards.

Establish a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a relevant field .

• Minimum 10 years of professional HSE experience .
• Proven experience in marine works, shipyards, shipbuilding, ports, or marina construction is required.
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards, including:
• ISO 45001
• ISO 14001
• OSHA
• Strong experience in risk management and emergency preparedness .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to prepare professional HSE reports.
