Your tasks

• Leading daily kitchen operations alongside the Chef.
• Preparing hearty, high-quality meals that keep crews going.
• Keeping standards high (food safety, cleanliness, consistency).
• Supporting and mentoring kitchen team members.
• Jumping in wherever needed?because camp life is all about teamwork.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Solid experience as a 1st Cook. ( Reflected in your Resume).
• Confidence in high-volume cooking and batch cooking.
• A strong understanding of food safety and kitchen organization.
• A team-first attitude?no egos, just good work.
• Food Safe Certificate.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
